Shipping policy
Merry Marks LLC ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.merrymarks.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Returns
Merry Marks LLC will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item(s) and items(s) is/are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and a return label will be provided at a fixed shipping rate of $5.95, which will be deducted from your refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at bemerry@merrymarks.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return shipping is paid for by the customer.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase or we can exchange the item (if stock is available). We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
Merry Marks will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Delivery and Shipping
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. Due to USPS and COVID-19 delays times have been highly variable.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
We operate on a Monday - Friday schedule during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the company will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been sent.
P.O. Box Shipping
Merry Marks LLC will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier or FedEx/UPS services to these locations as we only ship via the USPS.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon sending from our offices, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service via bemerry@merrymarks.com. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us for next steps.
Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched from our offices. If an order has already been shipped to you, please refer to our refund policy.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the USPS.

General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. This is rare but may happen. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
